Ok, ja que o fandom enlouqueceu de vez, e voltamos as trevas (pior que em 2008-09), vamos ver se algo lembra o que são estes dois juntos. Um pouco de alegria aqui. E esperança, e amor e paz tambem. [Ok, since the fandom went crazy, and turn to the darkness again (worse than in 2008-09), let's see if anything remember what these two are together. Some joy here. Opnion: Love Hurts & Rose rules!

Rose said al all: Compassion.

I was relieved to read her latelly writtings on her blogger. Because I was think what a hell am I doing in this crazy fandom? [Rose disse tudo: Compaixao.

Fiquei aliviada de ler o que ela escreveu ultimamente no blogger dela. Porque estava pensando que merda estou fazendo metida neste fandom louco?]

And  scare me too see how extreme is this fandom (ok, I already knew, but never less...). Weeks ago, no one could criticize even the dirty converse she wore in the RC, and now she just a big whore. She's human, she made a fat and big and ugly mistake, she will have to bear the consequences. And she can lose a lot: work, love, friends, fans, respect, credibility ... But I do not agree to crucify her like that. [E me assusta o quanto extremista ele pode ser (ok, já sabia, mas mesmo assim...). Semanas atrás, não se podia criticar a Kristen mesmo indo no RC com tênis imundos, e agora ela é apenas uma grande vadia. Ela é humana, ela fez um grande e horrível erro, e ela vai arcar com as consequências. E ela pode perder muito com isso tudo: trabalhos, amor, amigos, fans, respeito, credibilidade... Mas não concordo em crucifica-la assim]

The fandom split into millions groups: who hate her, love him, blame him, who are in denial, who think she is a victim of a plot, who want Rob for for themselves, Kristen for themselves... What's wrong with you for god sake?! Shame on you to ever called yourselves Robstens! [O fandom se separou em milhares de grupos: que a odeiam, que o amam, que o culpam, que estão em negação, que pensam que ela é vitima de um complo, que querem Rob para si, ou Kristen para si... O que há de errado com voces pelo amor de Deus?! Fiquem com vergonha imensa de um dia terem se declarado Robstens!]

Opnion: Stay Strong from Fiorels

I really like Fiorels Robsten videos, she has this joyfull sensibily. Even in the dark times... (Eu realmente gosto dos videos Robsten da Fiorels, ela tem esta sensibilidade alegre. Até mesmo nas trevas...)

And I really loved what she wrot in her Tumblr recently. (E realmente amei o que ela escreveu no Tumblr dela recentemente)
 

And it´s so damn wrong and simplistic say that because you do not want harm to Kristen (and you KNOW that shw screw up...big time!), you just not care about Rob´s pain. I just agreed with Fiorels stantement, specially this: [É tao errado e simplista dizer que quem porque voce nao quer mal a Kristen (e voce SABE que ela fudeu com tudo!), voce nao se importa com a dor do Rob. Eu apenas concordo com a declaração da Fiorels, especialmente nisso:]

Hell yeah. 

"So, I’m just back from the seaside. I spent some time with my friends there. Doing nothing but relaxing, laughing, being together. Having fun. It was so good to have a good laugh and really forget about everything for a while… But still there were those moments when you are alone, like before sleeping or while lying on the beach when you just can’t help thinking. 

Advice: don’t ever listen to depressing songs when you’re feeling down; it’s funny how you never realize how sad and real and depressing they are until you have a situation to relate them too.
Anyway, yes, I got time to think, again. I took a step back and took some more time to think. Elaborate thoughts, reading the ones from other people. Gathering them all together. And sorry if I’m annoying you with this stuff, but after all, if you can’t stand these posts or me, just leave now. No one is forcing you to read this.

3. O uso do disclaimer, típico e corrente no início de cada fanfic, é o acordo explicito entre partes: -fanficwriter e o autor original da obra- que aquele reconhece a propriedade soberana deste sobre nomes, tramas, fanbase, símbolos, estruturas... E faz uso justo destes elementos na criação de histórias não profissionais e de consumo do fandom, sem fins lucrativos ou apropriação abusiva da obra deste. Ou ao menos, é o apelo do fanficwriter para não ser processado legalmente. E sem este não é possível a postagem de fanfics. [The use of the disclaimer, typical current at the beginning of each fanfic, is the explicit agreement between the parties: -fanficwriter and the author's original work, that fanficwriter recognizes the sovereign property over the names, plots, fanbase, symbols, structures ... Por esta razão, não há como alegar “obra derivada” e consequentes direitos autorais. Pode-se até ambicionar apagar a origem, esconder a natureza, mas o uso na construção da historia e capitalização da fanbase de terceiros ainda é quebra de copyrights (Ou não se mudaria os nomes das fics publicadas). A Teoria jurídica do Fruto da Árvore Envenenada permeia todos os Estados de Direito. [The origin of the work as a fanfic determines its use. Posting as a fanfic determines its nature. The use of third-party fanbase forces not to future commercialization. For this reason, there is no claim "derivative work" and the resulting copyright. 5. Traduções livres e sem fins lucrativos de obras protegidas por direitos autorais são mundialmente permitidas. As músicas dos Beatles, os poemas de Neruda, os livros de Gabriel Garcia Marquez com seus devidos créditos, não vinculam dano algum a obra. Assim, não há base legal alguma na proibição de tradução de fanfics, seja qual a língua ou sistema jurídico queiram pertencer. Além de configurarem xenofobia muito dos argumentos utilizados nas proibições, essa sim, crime em diversos sistemas legais. [Free and non-profit translations from copyright protected works are worldwide allowed. The Beatles songs,  Neruda´s poems, Gabriel Garcia Marquez´s stories with their due credits, do not bind any damage the work. Thus, there is no legal basis to prohibit any fanfics´ translation whatever the language or legal system belong then. Apart from configuring xenophobia many of the arguments used in these prohibitions, and those are crime in several jurisdictions].

6. A circulação de obras com copyrights (entre filmes, séries, livros, músicas... ), via internet, sem fins comerciais, é uma das maiores discussões legais da atualidade. Como sempre existiu a troca entre conhecidos e o uso das bibliotecas, nem tudo é sagrado pelo comércio. Assim, não há base legal para a proibição da circulação de fanfics, obras que tem sua própria inviolabilidade autoral questionável. Databases de fanfics são algo relativamente novo e que se tornaram comum pelo imperativo que o próprio Twi fandom criou. Pelo equilíbrio que alterou entre autores e leitores. Esta database não é diferente. [Fanfics Databases are something relatively new and became common by the imperative that the very Twi fandom created. Altering the balance between authors and readers. This database is no different].

Dizem que a caixa... Ou a urna... Ou o jarro... de Pandora simboliza um mal que não pode ser desfeito. Esta moda, mania, loucura, ridicularidade de divafeelings de muitas fanficswriters (e posterior publicação das fanfics e sua exclusão do fandom) causou um mal que possivelmente não será desfeito: a necessidade de se salvar fanfics.  Já que não se tem mais certeza se a leitura de uma fanfic será ou não finalizada, se esta será ou não encontrada futuramente. [It is said that Pandora´s box ... Or her urn ... Or her jar ... symbolizes an evil that can not be undone. This trend, mania, madness, ridiculous divafeelings of many fanficswriters (and subsequent publication of fanfics and their exclusion from the fandom) caused an evil that can not possibly be undone: the necessity to save fanfics. Since it is not certain  if the fanfic reading would be finished or not, if it be or not found in the future].

O que renega toda a filosofia desta forma de leitura que é muito mais antiga que a maioria dos leitores de hoje. É tão hipócrita -no ponto- que a maioria dos leitores de fanfics prezam suas leituras, suas bibliotecas, seus livros... Ter acesso a eles. São estes leitores que se transformam em escritores de fanfics, que existem pela existência do fandom. E de repente, são os mesmos que decidem quem irá ler ou não... Em que língua ou não, se a historia pode ser compartida ou não. Se há o devido crédito ao autor da fanfic, se não há lucro envolvido, não há dano econômico, moral, legal a ser reparado. [What denies the whole philosophy form this reading kind that is much older than most readers today. It is so hypocritical  -in the point-  that most fanfics readers appreciate their reading, their libraries, their books ... Having access to them. These readers are who become fanficswriters, whose  existence is  because of the fandom. And suddenly, the same ones are who decide those will read or not ... In what language or not, whether their story can be shared or not. If there is the due credit to the fanfic author, if there is no profit involved, there is no economic, moral, legal damage to be repaired].

O mito de Pandora também fala de curiosidade e esperança... Da 1a mulher... Como uma Eva (ou outros dizem como Lilith)... Quem não deve ser culpada por todos os males do mundo, pois Zeus/Deus sabia que Eva/Pandora desobedeceria,  demonstra como a mulher desafiava o poder, tinha consciência por si... Queria ter a experiência do mundo, e a experiência é sofrer, é aprender, é crescer... Que os seres humanos são criaturas completas e complexas por isso. Por serem expulsos, por vagarem pela Terra, por terem sua independência de pensarem por si.  [Pandora´ myth also speaks of curiosity and hope ...  From the first woman ... As an Eve (or Lilith as others say) ... Who should not be blamed for all the world´s ills as Zeus / God knew that Eve / Pandora would disobey, demonstrates how the woman challenged the power, she was aware per si... Por isso criou-se a mulher. Para haver vida. O que fugiu da caixa como os infortúnios do mundo, os demônios... Pode ser visto como  o conhecimento... A experiência...  Pessoas tem medo que os outros compreendam... Conhecimento é poder. E conhecimento deve ser compartilhado, não controlado ou monopolizado. [Therefore was created the woman. In order to have life. What escaped from the box as the misfortunes of the world, the demons ... It may be seen as knowledge ... The experience ... People are afraid that others understand ... Knowledge is power. And knowledge must be shared, not controlled or monopolized].

         Fanfics são caçadas e deletadas, leitores são denunciados e sofrem bullying, tradutores são difamados e perseguidos. Hierarquias são criadas, e ninguém mais quer ser fandom, quer TER fandom. É algo triste que nunca tinha existido antes neste universo, e não deve se ter orgulho desta inovação aqui. [Fanfics are hunted and deleted, readers are reported and suffer bullying, translators are defamed and persecuted. Hierarchies are created, and nobody wants to be in fandom,  they want HAVE a fandom. It is a sad thing that had never existed before, and should not be proud of this innovation here].

Se você acredita que tem o direito de publicar sua fanfic, ótimo. Contudo não a exclua, não a limite. Ela se originou assim, e não há como mudar esse fato. O trabalho de escrever e criar fanfics é maravilhosamente belo e árduo, de sacrifício de tempo e paciência. Mas o retorno do fandom é muito recompensador. E deve-se lembrar desta relação simbiótica. Voltar a este equilíbrio de importância entre as duas faces da moeda. [If you feel that you have the right to publish your fanfic, great. But do not delete it, do not limit it. It was born in this form, and there is no way to change that fact. The work of writing and creating fanfics is wonderfully beautiful and arduous, sacrifice of time and patience. But the fandom´s return is very rewarding. And we must remember this symbiotic relationship. Come back to this balance of importance between these two sides of the coin].

Fanfics são permitidas e existem por serem elementos de fans para fans. E essa cultura deve ser preservada. Para isso bibliotecas eram criadas antes mesmo de Alexandria pegar fogo, para se compartir conhecimento.
